01 How long does shipping take?

We have free worldwide shipping, all VAT included. We ship every business day from our storage and deliver within 1-3 business days in Europe using our partner DHL.

02 Do I have to pay any import taxes or extra costs?

03 How do you contact us?

04 What is the difference between T2 and Ionic i3?

The T2 model fan has our new timer with 15 and 30 min interval. When we designed our fan system we originally thought a shoe or glove needed 1 hour drying time, but we realized it was much faster, so we needed to redo our timer.

The Ionic i3 model has an extra function that produces ions that breaks down the odor and smell in your shoes and gloves.

05 Why does Hedgehog dry so fast?

06 How much weight can Hedgehog hold?

07 Is Hedgehog safe?

We believe Hedgehog is the safest shoe dryer on the market.

We have used a fire safe ceramic heating element, double fuses, temperature sensor and also coated all electronics with fire resistant gel.

All products have been tested and approved by NEMKO according to safety standards:

IEC/EN 60335-1
IEC/EN 60335-2-43
IEC/ EN 62233
EN 55014-1:2017
EN 610003-2:2014
EN 61000-3-3:2013
EN 55014-2:2015
IEC/EN 60335-2-65

08 Can Hedgehog be inside a closet?

Yes, we have designed the Hedgehog to be able to operate inside a closet. If overheating occurs, it will automatically shut down.

One of the advantages of having it inside the closet is when running in tornado mode, there will be no sound.

If you are drying wet shoes and mittens over a longer time in a closed space, we recommend to have ventilation to air out the humidity.
